BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 2 - ORDERING
YOU ARE DEEMED TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH US BY ORDERING VIA OUR ONLINE CHECKOUT PROCESS. AS PART OF OUR CHECKOUT PROCESS YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHECK YOUR ORDER AND TO CORRECT ANY ERRORS. WE WILL SEND YOU AN ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, DETAILING THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE ORDERED.
OUR ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER TAKES PLACE WHEN WE DISPATCH THE ORDER. WHEN WE DISPATCH THE ORDER THE PURCHASE CONTRACT WILL BE MADE AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED, UNLESS WE HAVE NOTIFIED YOU THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR ORDER OR YOU HAVE CANCELLED YOUR ORDER.

WE MAY REFUSE TO ACCEPT AN ORDER:

(A) WHERE GOODS ARE NOT YET AVAILABLE;
(B) WHERE WE CANNOT OBTAIN AUTHORIZATION FOR YOUR PAYMENT;
(C) IF THERE HAS BEEN A PRICING ERROR;
(D) IF YOU DO NOT MEET ANY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA SET OUT IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
IF THE DETAILS IN THE E-MAIL CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER ARE NOT CORRECT, OR IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE DETAILS IN THE E-MAIL, PLEASE CONTACT US.
ALL ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAILS WILL BE SUPPLIED IN ENGLISH.
WHERE WE ACCEPT YOUR ORDER, WE HAVE A LEGAL DUTY TO SUPPLY GOODS THAT ARE IN CONFORMITY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

3. PAYMENT
WE MUST RECEIVE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE BEFORE YOUR ORDER CAN BE PROCESSED AND THE GOODS CAN BE DISPATCHED. PAYMENT FOR GOODS CAN BE MADE BY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT METHODS:

3. RIGHTS TO CANCEL
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHOUT HAVING TO GIVE A REASON AT ANY TIME BEFORE YOUR GOODS ARE DISPATCHED OR WITHIN 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY, SUCH 14 DAY PERIOD BEGINNING ON THE DAY AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE GOODS.

WHERE YOUR ORDER COMPRISES MULTIPLE DELIVERY SHIPMENTS, THE 14 DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD FOR THE GOODS IN YOUR ORDER BEGINS ON THE DAY AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE DELIVERY OF THE LAST SHIPMENT TO YOU.
TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL, YOU MUST INFORM US OF YOUR DECISION TO CANCEL BY E-MAIL USING THE CONTACT DETAILS SET OUT ABOVE. PLEASE PROVIDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE, INCLUDING DETAILS LIKE THE ORDER NUMBER, NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND ANY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION WHEN CONTACTING US TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

4. REFUND POLICY
FOLLOWING CANCELLATION, WE WILL REFUND YOU THE PRICE PAID FOR THE CANCELLED ORDER (OR PART OF THE ORDER CANCELLED). WE WILL PAY THE REFUND.

5. OUR SERVICE
WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ENSURE ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN IT'S ORIGINAL TIMEFRAME THAT IS STATED AS 3 WORKING DAYS (EXCEPT SUNDAYS). ALL ORDERS ARE USUALLY PROCESSED AND PACKAGED THE SAME DAY.

6. AUTOGRAPHED ITEMS
ITEMS ARE SIGNED BY THE ARTIST IF THE PRODUCT OF GOOD IS LABELED AS "SIGNED" EVERYTHING IS STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE GOOD. WE CANNOT CONFIRM THE AUTOGRAPHED ITEM WILL BE TO YOUR STANDARDS. COLOUR OF PEN AND WHERE AUTOGRAPH IS PLACED IS DECIDED BY THE ARTIST THERE AND THEN OF PROCESSING THE ORDER OF GOOD.

7. PERSONALLY AUTOGRAPH ITEMS
TYPICALLY THE ARTIST MAY OFFER "PERSONALLY AUTOGRAPHED ITEMS" OR USUALLY STATED "PERSONALLY SIGNED ITEMS" ON THE STORE FOR THE CUSTOMER TO PURCHASE. PERSONALLY SIGNED ITEMS ARE GOODS (USUALLY INCLUDING DVD'S, CD'S, BOOKS, POSTERS ETC) THAT WILL INCLUDE A CUSTOM MESSAGE THAT YOU CHOOSE INCLUDING THE ARTISTS AUTOGRAPH. WE CANNOT CONFIRM THAT THE MESSAGE YOU CHOOSE IS WHAT THE ARTIST WILL WRITE. THESE COULD CONTAIN...
(A) MESSAGE YOU PROVIDE IS DEEMED OFFENSIVE
(B) MESSAGE IS TOO LONG FOR ARTIST TO WRITE
(C) MESSAGE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PRODUCT.

8. DELIEVERY ADDRESSES
WHEN PURCHASING GOODS, YOU ARE REQUIRED AS A CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATE OR EXISTING ADDRESS WHERE THE GOODS CAN BE SUCCESSFULLY DELIEVRED.
IN THE CASE WHERE CUSTOMERS INTENTIONALLY PROVIDE A NON EXISTANT ADDRESS, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIABLE FOR A REFUND AND THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. IN THE CASE WHERE YOU UNINTENTIONALLY PROVIDE THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AND NEED THIS TO BE CHANGED. PLEASE EMAIL LIAMCARNELLMUSIC@GMAIL.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER, NAME OF GOOD AND THE CORRECT ADDRESS THAT YOU REQUIRE YOUR GOODS TO BE DELIEVRED TOO. IN THE CASE WHERE YOU INFORM US ON THE INCORRECT ADDRESS WHEN YOUR GOODS HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED, YOU WILL NEED TO RE-ORDER THESE GOODS ALONGSIDE THE CORRECT DELIEVERY ADDRESS.
